Game: Robobug Blaster

The object of the game is to protect the cargo boxes, as they travel from top to bottom along the conveyor belts, from the cargo-hungry robobugs.

Game: Zork

This is an online version of a VERY old RPG game from the company Infocom. It is a completely text based game, decribing your surroudings and situations through written word rather the graphics. Commands are simple 2 word (but sometimes more) commands such as 'Climb Tree', or 'Move Rug'. The game is not easy and it won't be for everyone...but the fact remains...without Zork and other games like it in their time, we'd likely not have seen games like Final Fantasy when we did.

Game: Sneaky Santa

In this adver-game for an insurance company, you play the role of 'Bad Santa' as he makes his way through people's homes trying to steal their swag. Use the arrow keys to move through the house, hold down the 'ctrl' button to sneak around. Collect the correct value amout without waking the owners.

Game: Du Wichtel

Use the space bar to start the elf towards the sled. Once sliding, use the spacebar to jump over snowpiles and gain speed down the hill. Use the space again to launch the elf into the air at the jump, and once again to throw the gift as far as possible. This game is basically a seasonal clone of the popular 'Nananca Crash' game from a few months ago.

A mischievous little Christmas decoration with a hunger for some milk and cookies. A wonderful animation to help set the spirit as we approach the X-mas season.

Game: Never Ending Riddle

Welcome to the Never-Ending Riddle, a chain of daily puzzles. Each riddle has one answer, which you should place after 'the-root/' in the web address with '.html' afterwards. Currently at 14 levels with more added every few days.

Game: Drifts

Stick as many green bubbles to your cursor as possible while avoiding the purple bubbles. Touching a blue bubble turns your green bubbles into points (it's a good thing!). You need to carry three green bubbles or more at once to receive points. More green bubbles means drastically more bonus points.

Animation: The Heart Collector

A man without a heart seeks to fill the void.... Yet another fine animation from a student at Vancouver Film School.

Game: Freak Out

Draw walls with your Emitter to remove at least 75% of the background. Click the Right Mouse button or Spacebar to change the direction of the Emitter. To remove or destroy moving Balls, isolate them in a small area with a SinkEye or BoomBall.

Flash: The Touchtone Genius

Let's imagine that somewhere in a hotel room there's a really talented and really bored composer who has mastered the art of accompanying himself with dial tones while calling random people in their homes.

Game: Greymond

Greymond is a ‘greylian’. He lives on the island of Greyland. His world, like the world of all greylians, is seen as shades of grey. One day, following flashes of unexplained colour, Greymond meets a wise, old greylian. The wise, old greylian explains that Greyland used to bloom with all the colours of the spectrum – until the colours were stolen. He sets Greymond off on a quest to bring colour back to the island of Greyland.

Game: Unlock

Unlock is a unique little puzzle game in which you must unlock the secrets of each stage to advance to the next. Some stages are easy, while others are maddeningly difficult.

Animation: Once Upon A Time

The story of two unlikely friends as told through the eyes of a small child. Very nice animation by M. Ritchie while studying at Vancouver Film School.

Game: Mouse Avoider 2

Guide the dot through the various mazes while avoiding walls and moving obstacles. Starts off esy enough, but quickly grows in difficulty.

Animation: The Fallen

A chubby little angel is having all sorts of troubles in this fun animated short.

Game: Star Fly 3

A clone of the arcade classic 'Asteroids' featuring very smooth gameplay, good graphics and powerups.

Animation: Don't Pick On Me

Animated music video for the Muff's 'Don't Pick On Me'. Nice, classic animation style. Flash-animated, quicktime encoded.

Animation: Spell

A woman unleashes a spell that wakes a creature from his slumber. Another nice animation from VFS.

Game: Puki - The Swarm

First person type shooter game made in flash. Those 'lil bastards may be cute, but they'll kill ya.

Game: Escape from Rhetundo Island

Some may call this Hapland 3...but it is an expansion on the idea from the same author. Get the stick-figure through each scene safely with timely clicks and puzzle solving.

Game: Twin Spin 3

Even more creative levels and gameplay are to be had in this 3rd game in the popular series.

Flash: Manege Frei

This is an absolutely beautiful flash animated film. It's a contemplative Flash short that acts as a metaphor for what we want and what we actually end up doing to get it.
